摘    要:控轧工艺是用薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产Nb微合金化管线钢的技术关键;通过对粗晶奥氏体再结晶规律的研究,以及对薄板坯连铸连轧流程再结晶控轧和未再结晶控轧的工艺研究,成功地开发出组织均匀、细化的Nb微合金化X52、X56和X60管线钢.

Abstract:Controlled rolling process is the key technique of Nb microaUyed pipeline strips produced by CSP processing. Recrystallization rules of coarsing grain austenite and eontrolled rolling techniques for recrystallization zone and non recrystallization zone were researched. Nb microalloyed X52, X56 and X60 pipeline strips were developed with homogeneous and refining microstructures based on the research results.
