硫化亚铁还原浸出锰结核试验研究

摘    要:采用硫化亚铁作还原剂, 硫酸作浸出剂,浸出锰结核中的Cu、Co、Ni。研究了FeS用量、浓硫酸用量、反应温度、浸出时间、液固比等对Cu、Co、Ni浸出率的影响,确定浸出优化条件, 在锰结核质量为50 g, FeS加入量为20 g, 浓硫酸加入量为25 mL, 液固比6∶1的条件下Cu、Co、Ni的浸出率为: 95.58%、99.61%、98.74%。而Mn、总铁的浸出率为98.60%、25.54%。

Abstract:Cu, Co and Ni in manganese nodules were leached by using ferrous sulfide as reductant and sulfuric acid as leaching agent. The effects of the dosage of FeS and concentrated sulphouric acid, reaction temperature, leaching time and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of Cu, Co and Ni were studied and the optimum leaching conditions were determined. The leaching rae of cu, Co and Ni was 95.58%, 99.61% and 98.74% respectively under the conditions that the quality of manganese nodules was 50 g, the addition dosage of FeS and concentrated sulphuric acid was 20 g and 25 mL respectively, and liquid-solid ratio was   6∶1, while the leaching rate of Mn and total iron was 98.60% and 25.54%.
