X射线荧光法测定镧改性分子筛中La_2O_3含量

摘    要:以粉末试样压片制样,采用X射线荧光分析方法,测定镧改性分子筛中La2O3质量分数。结果表明,硅、铝、钠同时参加校正时获得最佳校正方程。X射线荧光分析方法的精密度小于1.00%,准确度偏差小于1.50%;其测定结果与采用化学法一致。

Abstract:The mass fraction of La2O3 in modified zeolite was determinated by X - ray fluroescence spectrometry with pressed powder pellet sample preparation. The results showed that the optimal correction equation was obtained with the corrections of all matrix elements ( Si, Al, Na). The relative errors of accuracy and precision were less than 1.50% and 1.00% respectively. The results were about the same as those of chemical method.
