| 摘 要： | 从大型公共建筑能效公示制度的产生背景入手,分析了能效公示的原则、对象、内容、方式和程序,指出能效公示制度扩展了大型公共建筑节能监管的内涵,使节能监管具备了社会监督作用、比较竞争作用、市场培育作用和节能节约生活方式引导作用,促进了大型公共建筑节能监管的长效化和有序化.
