| 摘 要： | 对半钢子午线轮胎带束层胶配方进行改进,以提高带束层的生产效率.结果表明,以石油树脂减量替代芳烃油,胶料的加工安全性提高,硫化胶的撕裂强度和H抽出力增大;改进配方带束层胶的挤出速度明显提高,可在不增加设备的前提下,提高半钢子午线轮胎的生产能力.

| Abstract: | The belt compound of semi-steel radial tire was modified to raise production efficiency of belt.The results showed that by replacing aromatic oil with petroleum resin at reduced weight,the processing safety improved,tear strength of the vulcanizate and H pull-out force increased;the extruding speed of modified belt compound increased significantly,and the production capacity of semi-steel radial tire enhanced without adding new equipments. |
