氧化铁黑中铅、镉含量检测的影响因素研究

摘    要:氧化铁广泛应用于化妆品中。研究了使用原子吸收分光光度仪测定氧化铁黑中微量元素铅和镉的试验条件。试验发现甲基异丁基酮对三价铁有较高的萃取率,通过氧化过程将氧化铁黑中的两价铁转化为三价铁后,再对样品进行萃取,可消除高浓度铁离子在原子吸收分光光谱测试中对铅和镉含量的干扰。具有较高的准确度和精密度。

Abstract:Iron oxides are widely used in cosmetic products. The experimental conditions for determination of the content of trace elements of lead & cadmium in iron oxide black by atomic absorption spectrometry were studied. The methyl isobutyl ketone showed high extracting rate for ferric oxide. By means of transferring the ferrous iron into ferric iron via oxidation, the extracted sample showed good results without interference of high concentration ferrous ion to determination of the content of lead & cadmium by atomic adsorption spectrometry. The method is perfect with highly accuracy and precision.
