摘    要:具有紫外线吸收特性的植物活性成分因其性能温和、具有广谱防晒效果、能防止皮肤老化而受到关注。以海南野生仙人掌为原料,采用水和乙醇混合溶剂提取法,利用高效液相色谱分离纯化,得到了具有紫外线吸收功效的黄色固体物质,具有良好的防晒效果,是一种潜在的新型防晒剂。该物质易溶于乙醇,稳定性好。质谱分析表明其相对分子质量为647,紫外光谱显示其在256nm和357nm附近有中等强度的吸收带,盐酸一锌粉反应为阳性,暗示其为一种黄酮类物质。

Abstract:UV-absorbing ingredients in plant attract people's attention for their mild properties, broad spectrum protection and anti-aging activity. In this study, Hainan wild cactus was used as raw material, throngh extraction by solvent mixture of water and ethanol, isolation and purification by HPLC, a yellow solid compound with effect of UV protection was obtained finally, which is a potential novel sunscreen agent. The results showed it could easily dissolve in ethanol and had good stability, its molecular weight was 647, and it had two moderate-intensity absorption bands near 256 nm and 357 nm when detected by ultraviolet spectrometry. The positive result obtained in hydrochloric acid-zinc powder reaction indicating it is likely a flavonoid.
