摘    要:建立了微波消解与微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法(MPT-AES)相结合来同时测定化妆品中铅、镉和铬含量的方法,详细考察了分析波长、微波前向功率、载气流量、工作气流量等参数对元素测定的影响。在最佳试验条件下测得铅、镉和铬的检出限分别为4.7、1.7和4.4ng/mL;线性范围分别为0.0420、0.02~10和0.04~10/μg/mL;样品加标回收率为92.0%~102.4%,精密度为052%~421%,可满足化妆品行业的日常检测需要,同时节约成本并提高工作效率。

Abstract:A microwave digestion-MPT-AES method for simultaneously analyzing lead, cadmium and chromium in cosmetics was established. The influence of experiment parameters such as analytical wavelength, microwave forward power, flow rate of carrier gas and supporting gas etc. on the determination of lead, cadmium and chromium were investigated in detail. Under op- timal conditions, the detection limit for lead. cadmium and chromium is 4.7, 1.7 and 4.4 ng/mL respectively, the linear range is 0. 04-20、0.02-10 and 0.04-10 μg/mL respectively, standard addition recovery is 92.0-102.4%, RSD is 0.52%-4.21%. It can meet the needs of the daily cosmetic detection with great improvement of efficiency and cost-effective.
