香精香料企业的经营风险分析与控制

摘    要:目前,我国香精香料行业已进入高风险、高技术、高投入、高收益阶段。从行业成熟度、产业关联性等多个方面量化评估香料香精企业的经营风险,既进行单参数比较,也引入了多参数综合评价;既有当年经营数据比较,也有以一定年限为考察期的中期数据分析;既考虑了行业的外部因素,也考虑了企业的内在因素;既有人员因素影响,也纳入了物质(原料)的影响。试图建立香精香料企业的一般性风险评估方法,以供业内企业参考。

Abstract:The flavor and fragrance industry in China is going to face the stage with high risk, large investment, high technology and high profits. The quantitative evaluation on the business risk for flavor and fragrance enterprises in current market of China was made in this paper, in which the business maturity, industrial relevance, and etc. were concerned. One parameter comparison and multi-parameter comprehensive evaluation were conducted, the analysis data included the same year resuhs and also medium-term turnover in a few years. The external factors outside the industry and internal factors of the enterprise were also taken into account which not only including the influence from human, but also the influence from raw materials. A general risk assessment method for enterprise in flavor and fragrance industry was established finally, which will be a reference for enterprises within industry.
