提高P91钢焊接接头冲击韧性的研究

摘    要:探讨影响P91钢焊接接头冲击韧性的几个因素,对用P91钢制造的主蒸汽管道的焊接工艺进行试验。结果表明,焊缝的拉伸强度高于母材,焊缝弯曲试样外弧面未发现开裂,焊缝金相组织正常,室温冲击韧性大幅度提高。

Abstract:Several factors affecting the impact toughness of P91 steel weld joint were approached,and the welding technology of P91 steelmain steam pipes was tested. The results showed that the tensile strength of weld seam was higher than that of parent material, no crackappeared on the outside arc surface of weld seam bending test sample,the metallographic structure of weld seam was normal and the impacttoughness at room temperature was greatly raised.
