| 摘 要： | 针对某自卸车副车架经常出现断裂的现象,利用ANSYS软件建立副车架三维实体模型,并对其各工况进行静态分析,得出变形图及应力分布规律,最后对应力集中部位进行结构改进以提高其使用强度。

| Abstract: | The subframes in dump trucks break frequently,so the article builds the three-dimensional model of the subframe with ANSYS,and carries out a static analysis in which the deformation figures and stress distribution rules are provided in different working conditions,and the stress concentration part is redesigned for improving the strength. |
