SDZ-30BO感应仪器缺陷分析及改进方法

文章分析了SDZ-3080感应仪器5V电源稳定性差、电容与线路板之间焊接不牢靠、八侧向电极系一号电极插针接触不良、线图系耐压性能差、仪器抗震性差等存在的先天性性缺陷,针对各种缺陷,提出并联电阻提高5v电源稳定性、给滤波电容装上固定夹增强稳定性、采用高温焊锡法改善八侧向电极系一号电极接触性、优选圆形密封线圈提高耐压性、设计导向胶锥下接头提高仪器抗震性等解决方法。改进后仪器应用效果明显,适应中原油田测井需求。

The research on the defect and improvement of SDZ-30BO

This paper analyses the defects of induction logging apparatus SDZ-30BO,such as poor stability of 5 V power supply,the unreliable welding quality between the electric capacitor and circuit board,poor connection of No.1 pole’s pin of eight lateral electrode,bad withstand voltage quality of electric coil and bad resistant to shock,and so on.In view of the above shortage,we add a parallel resistance to 5 V power supply to improve the stability,install a clamp in the filter capacitance to enhance stability,improve the sex of the eight lateral electrode by the high temperature solder method, optimize a circular seal coil to improve the compression sex,and design a oriented glue cone to improve the tool’ s vibrate resistance.The improved instrument meets the ZhongYuan oilfield logging’s demand.
