煤层气井产出剖面测试技术实验研究

摘    要:针对煤层气井的开发特点制定了基于集流和非集流测量的实施技术方案。设计并加工压阻式流量计、过流式电容持水率计、压差流量计等实验样机,开展了气水两相条件下的实验研究,考察了各传感器在气/水两相流条件下的响应规律,研究出一套集流条件下的产气、产水量解释方法,证实了煤层气井产出剖面测量方法和传感技术的可行性。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the coalbed methane development, we developed a solution of flow-concentration and non-flow-concentration measurement. We designed and produced the piezoresistive pressure sensor, the flowcapacity watercut meter and the differential pressure sensor. Through the gas-water two-phase-flow experimental study,we investigated the response rules of the sensors and then devised a new interpretation method under the gas-water twophase-flow condition. Our research proved the feasibility of the above measuring method and sensing technology forthe coalbed methane production profile.
