| 摘 要： | 文章针对煤层气井纯气情况下产气剖面测试的难题,开展了热式质量流量传感技术研究。介绍了热式质量流量计的工作原理,并研制了原理实验样机。开展了室内和模拟井实验,获得了热式质量流量计原理样机在不同温度和不同倾角度下的动态响应规律,证明了其测量气体流量的可行性,为热式质量流量计现场样机的研制奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | This paper carry out a research into thermal mass flowmeter technology,aiming at solving the problems of the gas production profile test in getting pure gas through coalbed methane well.It also presents how the thermal mass flowmeter works,develops laboratory test prototype and starts indoor and simulated well test.Corresponding laws of thermal mass flowmeter at different angles and under different tempretures are gained,which lays a solid foundation for the development of prototype of thermal mass flow meter. |
