连铸坯轧重轨变形规律有限元模拟

摘    要:用ANSYS/LSDYNA对某厂所使用的重轨孔型中前两个箱型孔的变形分布进行了弹塑性有限元计算模拟。结果表明,用连铸坯取代初轧坯,如果前两个箱型孔孔型不进行相应的改变,轧件的应变比较小,难以确保重轨的质量。现有的孔型,使用初轧坯,对产品质量的影响不大。但是对于连铸坯,如果坯形和孔型均与初轧坯相同,轧件将产生内部缺陷。

Abstract:This paper presents details of numerical simulation of cast rolled into heavy rail in front box pass with the aid of FE code ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Particular attention is paid to predict the strain distribution of bloom rolled in the front two box pass. The results are as follows: in case of replacing blooming billet by bloom,if bloom size and pass are not changed correspondingly,the strain is so small that the quality of heavy rail rolled from bloom can not be ensured and internal defect arises in the heavy rail.
