摘    要:简要介绍了一种新型的结构健康状态监测系统(ICMS),针对该系统中最关键的元器件一智能涂层传感器自身耐环境腐蚀(老化)性能较差的特点,提出了在现役飞机典型涂层基础上喷涂IMR21纳米复合面漆对传感器进行保护的方法.根据飞机结构传感器安装位置的环境因素,提出了加速耐久性试验方法对模拟试验件进行考核,并与只喷涂现役飞机典型涂层的试样进行了对比试验.5周期加速试验的结果表明,涂装IMR21纳米涂层后能够有效地保护传感器在恶劣的环境条件下正常工作.

Abstract:A new structural health monitoring system(called ICMS)has been introduced in this work.Aimed at the poor environmental corrosion resistance(aging)of the key component-intellective coating sensor,a method that IMR21 nano-coating sprayed on the typical active service coating was used for erosion protection.The method was checked by a periodic accelerated corrosion test according to the environmental factor of sensor in aircraft,comparing with the samples just sprayed typical active service coating.After 5 per...
