摘    要:利用Pro/E强大的三维实体设计功能,精确地实现了斜齿轮的三维建模.Pro/E与ANSYS的连接,将模型导入ANSYS软件中.在精确建模的基础上,确定了最恶加载线的位置及载荷沿接触线的分布状态,应用有限元法计算了这种载荷分布下轮齿的变形及齿根应力.提出了精确、迅速计算最大齿根应力的方法,较常规的计算方法更符合实际情况,得到的结果更为可靠.

Abstract:Make use of the strong 3D entity design function of Pro/E software,created the 3D solid model of involute helical gear accurately,then leading the model to ANSYS by Connecting Pro/E and ANSYS software.
