摘    要:为稳定模块化多电平静止同步补偿器(MMC-STATCOM)的综合补偿,其交流侧电流、内部环流和子模块电容电压均须加以控制。文章首先分析了MMC-STATCOM同时补偿无功和负序电流的原理;然后针对一般方法将MMC交流侧电流和环流分开控制,提出一种基于MMC桥臂电流的STATCOM不平衡补偿控制方法,以实现MMC内外特性的双重控制,减少了专门的环流抑制器,并采用准PR控制器进行MMC上、下桥臂电流的无静差跟踪,以减少控制系统的复杂程度;最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC中进行仿真验证,结果表明所提方法可以实现STATCOM综合补偿,同时能有效抑制MMC内部环流。

Abstract:Under the unbalanced load condition, the AC side current, the internal circulation and the sub-module capacitor voltage must be considered for the comprehensive compensation of the static synchronous compensator based on modular multi-level converter (MMC-STATCOM). Firstly,the working principle of the comprehensive compensation in modular multilevel converter based MMC-STATCOM is analyzed; Then, in allusion to existing control methods control the ac current and circulating current by separating each component, a STATCOM unbalanced compensation control method based on MMC bridge current is proposed, can simultaneously control the internal and external characteristics of MMC-STATCOM without a dedicated inner circulating current controller, and the quasi-PR controller is used to realize the static tracking of the upper and lower MMC bridge current, which makes the overall control structure simple; Finally, simulation platform of MMC-STATCOM is built in PSCAD /EMTDC, the simulation results show that the proposed method can realize the comprehensive compensation of STATCOM, and also can restrain the internal circulation of MMC effectively.
