摘    要:为从理论上寻求固体火箭发动机平均侵蚀函数的预示方法,针对AP复合推进剂,以火焰弯曲理论侵蚀函数方程为基础,计算了随燃通比变化的侵蚀函数,在此基础上得到平均侵蚀函数。实例验证表明,该获取平均侵蚀函数的方法及获取的平均侵蚀函数具有较高的预示精度,满足工程计算要求。这对于侵蚀燃烧理论研究、平均侵蚀函数的获取,以及提高固体火箭发动机零维内弹道预示精度,均具有重要的实际应用意义。该方法仅适用于AP复合推进剂,其他推进剂能否适用还需要进一步研究。

Abstract:In order to theoretically search for the prediction method of the average erosion function of solid rocket motors(SRM),the erosion functions changing with burning area-port ratios were calculated on the basis of the flame-bending-theory erosion function equation of AP composite propellant,and the average erosion function was obtained. The examples show that the method of obtaining average erosion function and the obtained average erosion functions have very high prediction-precision and meet the requirements of engineering calculations. The proposed method has an important practical application significance in erosion combustion theory research for solid rocket propellant,average erosion function acquisition of SRM,and improving prediction accuracy of zero-dimensional internal ballistics of SRM. This method is only suitable for AP composite propellants,and further research is needed to determine whether the method is suitable for other propellants.
