基于LabVIEW的航空故障电弧发生装置研制

摘    要:针对航空故障电弧研究中电弧信号采集繁琐的问题,文中设计了一种基于Lab VIEW的航空故障电弧发生装置。该系统由Lab VIEW上位机、DSP控制系统、电弧发生装置三部分组成。首先,通过Lab VIEW虚拟按键控制电弧发生装置触头移动,引发电弧;其次,利用串行通信将采集的数据传送至Lab VIEW上位机进行实时显示与存储。大量实验测试表明,新设计的实验平台能够实现故障电弧触发的自动控制与电弧特性的准确采集,同时简化了数据采集过程,具有良好的实用性与人性化设计。

Abstract:Aiming at the cumbersome problem of arc signal acquisition in the study of aviation fault arc, this paper designs an aviation arc fault generator which based on LabVIEW. The system consists of three parts: LabVIEW upper computer, DSP control system and arc generator device. First of all, the arc generator is controlled by the LabVIEW virtual key to trigger the fault arc. Secondly, the data is transferred to LabVIEW for real-time display and storage by serial communication. A large number of experimental tests show that the newly designed experimental platform can realize the automatic control of arc fault trigger and the accurate collection of arc characteristics, and simplify the data acquisition process with good practicability and user-friendly design.
