摘    要:极化是影响锂离子电池快速充电效率的主要因素。基于传统的RC电路模型模拟锂离子电池的充电过程,对充电电流、初始SOC、初始极化状态、循环使用寿命等方面进行了分析,建立了极化电压与SOC的关系模型,因此可以估算锂离子电池的极化电压。在此研究基础之上,利用模糊控制算法控制充电极化电压来优化电池的快速充电,使充电电流能随时适应锂离子电池的SOC可接受的充电电流。通过实验对比表明,提出的恒定极化充电方法与传统的恒流恒压方法相比,能明显缩短充电时间约20%,进而提高充电效率,并且没有明显温度上升。

Abstract:Polarization is the main factor affecting the fast charging efficiency of lithium-ion batteries. In this paper, based on the traditional RC circuit model simulation of lithium-ion battery charging process, the charging current, the initial SOC, the initial polarization state, the cycle of life and other aspects of the analysis, the establishment of the polarization voltage and SOC relationship model, it can be estimated Polarization voltage of lithium-ion battery. On the basis of this study, the fuzzy control algorithm is used to control the charging polarization voltage to optimize the fast charging of the battery, so that the charging current can adapt to the SOC rechargeable current of the lithium-ion battery at any time. The experimental results show that the proposed method can greatly shorten the charging time by about 20% compared with the traditional constant current constant voltage method, and improve the charging efficiency, and there is no obvious temperature rise.
