UPFC接入大电网新能源系统的综合输电控制技术

摘    要:随着新能源发电的迅速增加和能源供需广域平衡需求的日趋迫切,含新能源的大电网对柔性交流输电技术(FACTS)提出新的更高要求。在总结新能源发电背景和储能、MMC、WAMS等新兴技术的基础上,分析新能源的发电特性,对UPFC等FACTS接入电力系统的输电控制技术进行全面总结。针对UPFC接入新能源系统的潮流、稳定运行、电能质量等控制问题,提出了大电网新能源系统的关系结构模型及解决问题的思路,并指出UPFC控制技术与储能技术、新能源功率预测技术相结合,是减少因新能源发电并网而增加旋转备用容量投资的有效途径及重要方法。

Abstract:With the rapid increase of large-scale wind, solar and other new energy sources generation, large power grid with new energy has put forward new requirements towards flexible alternating current transmission technology. Firstly, the background of the new energy power generation and energy storage, MMC, WAMS and other emerging technologies are summarized. Then on the basis of new energy power generation characteristics, the power control technologies about UPFC access to power system are analyzed, and put forward the concept of new energy power grid system. Finally, points out that the UPFC combined with energy storage technology is the important way of future to solve the problem of large power grid with new energy system transporting power, and prospects the research direction of power control about UPFC access to new energy system of large power grid in the future.
