摘    要:采用蓄电池和超级电容组成的混合储能平抑风电功率波动,提高风电并网运行能力。首先,根据风电场历史数据,结合风电并网波动标准,采用滑动平均法对原始功率进行分解,得到风电并网功率和储能功率;其次,利用小波包分解法的高时频分辨率优点,将储能功率信号分解,得到低频分量和高频分量,分别作为蓄电池和超级电容的功率指令。基于储能寿命量化模型,建立以储能年均综合成本最小为目标函数的容量优化配置模型。实例验证了所提方法有效性和经济实用性,为风电场储能规划设计提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:A hybrid energy storage consisting of battery and super-capacitor is adopted to smooth wind power fluctuation and improve grid-connected operation capability of wind power. According to the historical data of wind farm output, and considering the grid-connected power volatility standards, a moving average method is used to decompose the original wind power into grid-connected power and energy storage power. Then the energy storage power is decomposed by wavelet packet decomposition into low frequency components and high frequency components, which are respectively allocated to battery and super-capacitor. By analyzing battery life quantitative model, a capacity optimal allocation model using minimum energy storage annual cost as objective is established. Results show that the proposed method is effective and economically practical. It provides a theoretical basis for energy storage planning in wind farm.
