摘    要:本文介绍了提高转移效率、降低噪声的途径,分析了影响 CCD 转移效率的因素,阐明了埋沟原理。简要介绍了埋沟 CCD 的研制工艺及实验结果。

Abstract:The approach to improve transfer efficiency and noise of CCDs is presented in this paper.The factors that have an effect on the transfer efficiency are analysed,and mechanism of buried channel CCDs is described followed by brief in- troduction of technology fabrication and experimental results for such devices.
