摘    要:川化股份有限公司300kt/a硫磺制酸装置尾气处理采用湿式氨法脱硫工艺,具有脱硫效率高、不产生废水、副产物价值较高的特点,符合循环经济发展要求。本文介绍了尾气处理工艺原理和流程及主要设备的计算、选型;根据相关工艺参数,对物料进行了衡算。

Abstract:Ammonia-water washing desulphurization process is adopted for off-gas disposal in 300 kt/a sulfur- based sulfuric acid plant in Sichuan Chemical Co., Ltd because of its high desulphurization efficiency, waster water free, high value by-products, and meetting the requirements for recycle economic development. Through the paper you can learn the principle, process, material balance calculation based on related parameter, calculation and selection on major equipments.
