摘    要:介绍国内外雷管卡口工序现状及存在的缺陷,文中设计了一种雷管卡口工序自动闭锁装置,对光电传感器进行了试验和数据分析.同时对该装置的检测原理、状态识别、软件设计分别做了介绍.此装置对于提高雷管卡口工序的生产安全性有着重要的意义.

Abstract:The current situation and existing defect of the domestic and international detonator crimping operation process are introduced. A coupler lock device applying to the detonator crimping operation is designed, and the test and data analysis on the photoelectric sensor are carried out. At the same time, the detection principle, state identification, and software design of the device have been described respectively. The device is important to improve the production security of detonator crimping operation process.
