| 摘 要： | 运用经济信息学的相关理论研究市场环境下电力工业的运营特点，提出了电力市场整体信息流图，尝试通过电力经济信息流的建立与流通来组织电力市场的高效运营。提出研究电力经济信息流的最终目标是建立统一的电力经济信息平台，并采用Intranet技术构建了初步的电力经济信息平台框架。
