| 摘 要： | 本文基于系统动力学原理对高校办学、管理进行了分析,首先用系统思考的方法对高校办学、管理涉及的各个方面进行了分析,分析了其中的关键变量,建立了高校发展战略因果关系图模型,对高校发展战略进行了仿真,最后基于此进行了政策分析。

| Abstract: | The paper studies high education and administration based on system dynamics. The factors related to high education and administration are analyzed with system thinking especially for the key factors. The models with causal loop diagrams of high education development are established. Based on feedback loop and system archetype, some strategies of development are put forward with analysis and simulation of model. |
