摘    要:架空输电线路下方常常因为临近或跨越民房,导致局部区域电场较大而引起投诉。为解决此环保纠纷,在线下采用屏蔽措施不失为一种行之有效的解决办法。依据国家环保标准,通过研发的高压输电线工频电场屏蔽分析系统,对在高压架空输电线下架设的屏蔽线的架设高度、水平位置、屏蔽线根数、组合方式、间距大小等诸多因素进行分析研究,找到了屏蔽线的优化设置参数。其结果可在降低工程造价下实现有效的降低敏感点电场强度,保证电网的安全环保及促进电力企业与社会的和谐发展将起到一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Because of the higher density of electric field around the houses near or beneath the transmission line, there are many environment dissensions. In order to solve these conflicts, it may be a good way to set shielding line under these transmission lines, According to national standards on environment protection, the optimum parameter of setting shielding line is gotten by using the shielding analysis system developed by us to analyze the influence factors such as height, position, number of line and so on for high-voltage overhead transmission line. These results are valuable to reduce the electric field density of sensitive spot in lower price, and to speed the harmonic development of power grid under the consideration of environment protection.
