接枝共聚物PP-g-MAH的差热分析及粘接性能的研究

摘    要:本文对反应挤出法制得的接枝共聚物PP-g-MAH进行了差热分析,并且研究了PP-g-MAH与极性基材铝片的粘接性能。研究发现,接枝共聚物PP-g-MAH与PP相比,熔融温度Tm和结晶温度Tc都有所增大,接枝共聚物的接枝率对剪切强度有明显影响,研制的PP-g-MAH可使剪切强度达9.0MPa。

Abstract:The differential thermal analysis was made for the graft copolymer PP-gM AH whicr can be prepared with reactive extrusion, and its adhesion to the polar Al sheet(substrate) was studied. The results show that both melting temperature (Tm) and crystallizing temperature (Tc) of PP-g-M AH are hig her in comparison with PP. PP-g-M AH can make the shear strength that is obviously influenced by the grafting rate, up to 9.0 Mpa
