国家电力骨干数字同步网技术改造方案

针对国家电力骨干数字同步网一期工程中存在的定时基准链路组织不完善、同步网管功能差等方面的问题,从同步网络管理和网络组织优化上提出一套切实可行的技改方案,并指出组网规划应遵循的原则和同步网改造策略,阐明了同步网链路结构原则以及SDH的“定时总线”原则等,为国电数字同步网发展,进行了技术铺垫方面的有益尝试。

National electric power backbone digital synchronization network technical transformation plan

Based on faultiness of the timing benchmark circuit in state electric backbone digital synchronization network and the poor performance of synchronization network management,a set of practical and feasible technological transformation plan were proposed from optimizing the synchronized network management and the network organization.The paper brought forward the principia and reconstruction policy of building up network layout,explained digital synchronization network circuit structure principia and "timing bus" of SDH,the technical base for development of digital synchronization network was offered too.
