轴棒法C/C复合材料室温及高温拉伸性能研究

摘    要:研究了轴棒法C/C复合材料在室温及高温下的轴向拉伸性能,并用扫描电镜观察了高温拉伸试样的断口形貌。结果表明,轴棒法C/C复合材料在室温及高温下的断裂模式不同,且高温下的拉伸强度高于室温下的拉伸强度;以常压炭化结束的C/C复合材料开孔率变大,室温及高温下的拉伸强度小于以高压炭化结束的C/C复合材料。

Abstract:The axial tensile properties at room temperature and high- temperature of C/C composites woven with carbon fiber and axial carbon rods were studied. The fracture surface of tensile samples at high- temperature were investigated by SEM. The results show that the fracture patterns of the axial tensile samples at room temperature and high- temperature of the C/C composites are different, and the tensile strength at high -temperature is higher than that at room temperature. The C/C composite made by normal pressure carbonization as its final process has more pore and microcracks, and its tensile strength both at room temperature and high- temperature is lower than that of the C/C composites taken high pressure carbonization as its final process.
