针对炭素挤压机现有压头存在问题:压头散热严重,料室内糊料温度不均匀;料室内壁磨损严重;后压头回程时压头与糊料之间有粘连等进行分析,开发了一种新型炭素挤压机恒温压头.新型恒温压头利用电热管和热电偶将温度控制在一个恒定值,减少了炭素糊料热量损失,实现了等温挤压,避免了压头回程时压头与糊料之间的粘连现象,提高了挤压制品质量.
