| 摘 要： | 忠县天然气净化厂自2005年5月进气投产,两套主体工艺装置安全平稳运行至今,达到了工程项目设计要求,但在生产运行中也出现了一些问题。为了更透彻的了解此装置的运行情况,结合忠县天然气净化厂近五年来生产运行情况和经验,重点介绍了装置主体工艺单元（脱硫、脱水、硫磺回收）的生产运行特点及存在的问题,提出对应的改进措施,内容涉及工艺、设备、仪表等方面,并对天然气净化厂设计、试运中应注意的问题提出了一些自己的看法,为其它净化厂的安全生产运行提供技术参考。
