天然气配方型脱碳溶剂的开发与应用

摘    要:随着含CO2天然气的大量开发,当前天然气脱硫与脱碳两种工艺开始分别沿不同思路进行技术开发,逐步形成了两大类以甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为基础的配方型溶剂:即混合胺和活化MDEA。这两类溶剂虽然都使用了活化剂以改进MDEA溶剂的脱碳性能,但两者在反应机理、工艺流程、操作条件与适用范围等方面皆有很大区别。总体而言,混合胺溶剂主要应用于改善MDEA溶剂对H2S和CO2的净化度;而活化MDEA溶剂主要应用于基本上不含H2S而CO2含量甚高的原料气,并采用多级降压闪蒸和半贫液循环流程,以达到大量节能的目的,对于此类溶剂应从反应机理着手进行技术开发,才能收到事半功倍的成效。
