催化合成乙酸正丁酯的实验研究

摘    要:以浓硫酸、六水合三氯化铁、1 2 -磷钨杂多酸、固载型1 2 -磷钨杂多酸作催化剂分别催化制备乙酸正丁酯。通过实验探讨出各种催化剂催化合成的最佳工艺条件,并进行比较研究,结果表明:固载型1 2 -磷钨杂多酸、六水合三氯化铁具有催化产率高、无污染、能重复使用等优点,具有良好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:The synthesises of n-Butyl acetate were catalyzed by Concentrated Sulfuric Acid, Ferric Chloride,Phosphotungstic Acid,Solid-supported Phosphotungstic Acid respectively.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the optimum conditions are researched,then the reaction processes and results were compared.it showed that Ferric cleoride and Solid-supported Phosphotungstic Acid were excellent catalysts for the synthesises of n-Butyl acetate,and had a wide perspective of applications in industry
