基于知识面向装配的注塑模CAD/CAE/CAM集成系统研究

摘    要:通过分析注塑模具设计制造的特点,采用IDEF0的建模方法得到了基于知识面向装配的注塑模CAD/CAE/ CAM系统的层次结构、框架结构、设计流程和关键技术,系统包括概念设计、CAE分析、制造性评价、模具详细设计、运动模拟和CAM等6个模块。系统以基于特征的三维装配模型为核心,采用基于实例与基于知识相结合的推理方法进行概念设计,并对设计方案和设计结果进行评价。系统具有很好的集成性与柔性。

Abstract:This paper presents systematic functional requests by analyzing the characteristics of injection mold design, and it shows a complete functional model chart for knowledge-based and design for assembly integration system of CAD/CAE/CAM for plastic injection mold by the way of IDEF0. The system frames, design process and key techniques are provided based on systematic functional requests and functional model chart. The system contains six modules: conceptual design, CAE analysis, manufacturing evaluation, detail design of mold, dynamic simulation and CAM. It takes 3D assembling model based on features as a core, and adopts a reasoning strategy combined case and knowledge. The system processes nice integrate and flexible natures.
