全桥软开关高频直流静止变流器的研究

摘    要:提出一种新颖的全桥-全桥式静止变流器的电路拓扑结构,该变流器采用综合软开关技术,以实现逆变器环节的软开关。研制了1kVA全桥软开关高频直流环节静止变流器。仿真与实验结果表明,该静止变流器输出电压的谐波畸变率仅为THD=1.4%,并实现了软开关。

Abstract:A novel topology for static inverter with full bridge-full bridge style is proposed,in which the zero-voltage zero-current switching pulse width modulation DC/DC converter and DC/AC inverter was cascaded.By means of synthetic softening technology,the soft switchings of two stages were achieved.A 1 kVA static inverter of full bridge soft-switching high frequency direct current is designed.Simulation and experiment indicate that soft switching of the inverter are realized and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of output voltage is 1.4%.
