摘    要:供弹速度是影响舰炮发射速度的重要因素,因此设计一套快速的供弹系统也是相当必要的。,该文从敏捷供弹系统的组成出发,首先叙述了扬弹机的工作原理,而后建立了扬弹机的液压系统,对液压缸和蓄能器进行了具体的分析计算,从理论上证明了此方案的可行性。最后,利用Pro/e和Adams软件对扬弹机及其液压系统进行建模仿真,进一步证实了此方案的正确性。对机构的驱动系统进行仿真研究,将提高虚拟样机的正确性和可靠性,为实际样机的成功打下更坚实的基础。

Abstract:Shell - feeding velocity is an important element which affects the naval gun firing rate. So agile shell-feeding system is designed, in order to ensure shell - feeding task to be quickly implemented. Based on the composition of agile shell - feeding system, firstly, the work principium is discussed, and then the hydraulic pressure system of the hoist is built up. The calculation of the hydraulic pressure cylinder and the accumulator proves that this scheme is feasible. Finally, using PRO/E and ADAMS ,the hoist and its hydraulic system are simulated.
