广东省代建模式下代建项目信息管理探讨

本文在分析广东省代建模式存在问题的基础上指出了加强代建项目信息管理的必要性,剖析了信息不对称的表现、原因,并构建了一个信息管理模式。最后从信息管理的作用、组织结构和具体内容等对管理模式的运行方式进行了论述。

Discussion about Information Management under Agent-construction Mode in Guangdong Province

On the basis of analysis on problems of agent construction system in Guangdong Province, the paper put forward the necessity of strenthening agent construction projects information management, analyzed the manifestations and reasons of information asymmetry, and built a information management mode. Finally, from the view of influence, organization structure and concrete content, it discussed about the running ways of informantion management mode.
