| 摘 要： | 对生产球团矿的链蓖机一回转窑结圈的原因进行了讨论。解决结圈问题要考虑工艺的因素和耐火材料的抗结圈性能，阻止FeO的渗透反应。回转窑耐火材料必须考虑不同部位的使用条件，有针对性的选择材质、砌筑、锚固结构的匹配及材料的高温性能，并根据具体的破损原因改进耐火材料，以获得良好的使用效果。
