钢铁常温无硒发黑液的研究

摘    要:介绍了钼-铜-硫体系常温无毒发黑液的新配方及工艺,实验摸索出辅助成膜物质、络合剂、氧化剂及表面活性剂等物质的作用及用量,探讨了发黑机理及影响发黑的各种因素.结果表明,此工艺配方能较好适用于铸铁,钢铁等表面的发黑处理.具有发黑、高效、低耗,防腐性能好,色泽均匀,环境污染轻,成本低等特点.

Abstract:New specification of molybdenum-copper-sulfide system nontoxic blackening at room temperature is introduced. The function and use ratio of auxiliary film materials,complex agent, oxidizing agent and surface activor by experiment are obtained. The mechanism and influence factors on blackening are discussed. The results show that it has high efficiency, low cost, good corrosion resistance, even black color, low environment pollution etc. for surface blackening of cast iron, iron and steel and so on.
