普光气田高含硫化氢气井开发测井工艺优选与应用

摘    要:四川盆地普光气田高含硫化氢气井的井下工况非常恶劣,井口安全控制风险极大,对开发测井设备的材质、井口控压装置的防喷能力和井口动态密封系统的密封性等方面要求非常苛刻,而国内缺乏高含硫化氢气井成熟的开发测井工艺和施工经验。普光气田投产后,为了安全有效地组织开发测井,取全取准气井动态资料,开展了高含硫化氢气井开发测井先导性试验,优选电缆输送直读测试工艺,并制订了细致可行的施工方案和有针对性的安全应急预案。P302井成功进行了开发测井施工,其井下测试资料全准率达100%,顺利完成了我国第一口超深、高压、高含硫化氢气井的开发测井施工,实现了国内高含硫化氢气井开发测井的突破,为类似气井安全有效地开展开发测井积累了经验。

Abstract:There is a high risk in wellhead safety control under the sour downhole operating conditions in the Puguang Gas Field. Therefore, stringent requirements are extremely needed for the logging in such wells in terms of material quality of equipment, wellhead pressure control device, dynamic sealing, etc. Besides, neither mature technology nor successful experience is hard to find at present in China. When the Puguang Gas Field was put into production, pilot logging tests were first performed for realizing safe and efficient logging and obtaining complete and accurate data of gas well performance. Then, the conveying wireline direct reading test process was optimized as well as feasible operation programs and emergency measures for safety control. With these methods, the logging was successfully accomplished in P302 well, the first ultra deep, high pressure and sour gas well in China, and the accuracy rate of downhole test data was up to be 100%. It was a breakthrough of logging in sour gas wells in China, which accumulates good experience for logging in similar wells.
