摘    要:叙述了燕山聚脂厂废渣中苯甲酸的提取方法。利用苯甲酸的升华特性,将温度控制在100~110℃,使占废渣总量近40%的苯甲酸得到了回收,回收率大于99%。方法简便易行,准确度高,设备简单经济。并对升华出的苯甲酸的纯度用紫外光谱法进行了分析,方法回收率为99.0%~99.8%,精密度为0.025%,升华出的苯甲酸纯度为98.3%。

Abstract:Benzoic Acid is recovered from waste residues of Yan Shan Polyester Plant by sublimating. Benzoic Acid contained is near 40% in waste residues. Recovery ratio of the method is greater than 99.0%. The method is simple, economic and accurate. Qantitative analysis is proposed by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry for Benzoic Acid sublimated. The purity is greater than 98- 3%.
