光谱扫描装置的运动分析

摘    要:由于传动机构的刚度有限,扫描装置驱动元件的运动和扫描镜的运动是不一致的.为揭示两者的运动规律,建立了扫描装置的动力模型,该模型考虑了传动机构刚度和系统阻尼的影响.通过对模型的振型分析,得出扫描装置的运动方程,并用Matlab仿真实验对分析结果进行了验证.分析结果表明:驱动元件转子的运动和扫描镜的运动都可视为两种运动分量的合成:一种是两者作为一个刚体的运动,另一种是两者各自独立的运动.分析得到的结论为系统控制和性能评估提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Due to the finite rigidity of transmission mechanism, the motion of actuator is different from thatof scan mirror. To reveal the relation between them, a dynamic model of scan device was established, inwhich the influence of the rigidity of transmission mechanism and viscous damp are considered. The analysisof motion equation and Simulation show that the motion of both actuator and scan mirror is composed of twodifferent components.One is the common component that they move as a rigid body,the other is the differentcomponent that they move separately. The conclusion drawed from analysis provides a theory basis for thesystem control and performance evaluation.
