| 摘 要： | 从活塞式和螺杆式空气压缩机的原理、结构、性能等方面对两者进行论述,着重比较了两种空气压缩机的优缺点,得出螺杆式空气压缩机更易操作,易维护,工作性能安全可靠,效率高、噪音低,开机率高,节能效果明显,基本实现无故障、免维护运行,为矿井节能、高效、安全生产提供了良好的前提条件,具有广泛的市场推广前景的结论.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the principle,structure,performance of the piston and screw air compressors,the advantages and disadvantages of the two air compressors are mainly compared.Test shows the screw air compressor is easier to operate and maintain.Its work performance includes safety and reliability,high efficiency,low noise,high-availability,obvious energy saving effect,basically realized trouble-free,maintenance-free operation.It provides a good prerequisite for mine energy-saving,efficient and safe production and can be extensively popularize. |
