粉煤灰成型及其处理氨氮废水的实验研究

摘    要:通过设计正交实验筛选出处理效果较佳的成型粉煤灰,同时研究了吸附时间、pH值、投加量对处理效果的影响.研究表明:比例为80:10:10,烧结温度为600C,保温时间为90 min,成型质量为1g时,所得粉煤灰的吸附效果最佳;对于处理100 mL浓度约30 mg·L-1氨氮废水的最佳条件为:吸附时间90 min,pH为9,投加量为10 g,去除率可达约40%.

Abstract:Formed fly ash was investigated through orthogonal experiment,and the influence factors of reactive time,pH value of wastewater and dosage of fly ash were studied.The results show that the formed fly ash gets the best absorption efficiency when the raw materials’ ratio is 80:10:10,the sintering temperature is 600℃,and the holding time is 90 minutes with a forming mass of 1g.For treating 100mL ammonia-nitrogen water of 30 mg·L-1,the optimum adsorption conditions are that the reactive time is 90min,the appropriate pH value is about 9,and the dosage of formed fly ash is 10g.The removal efficiency of ammonia-nitrogen is up to 40% under the optimum conditions.
