新型光催化反应器的设计与制氢性能研究

摘    要:详细介绍了超声波雾化光催化反应器、多功能光催化反应器的设计与制作,对两种新型光催化反应器的结构和性能进行了对比与评价,同时对两种新型光催化反应器进行了二氧化钛光催化乙醇水溶液析氢性能比较研究。实验结果表明,超声波雾化工艺在光催化中具有积极的作用,反应460 min将制氢总量提高了36.9%,达到215 mL。两种光催化反应器的设计各具优点,对今后研究人员进行光催化实验提供了帮助。

Abstract:Design and manufacture of the new type photocatalytic reactors are introduced in details in this paper. The structure and performance of two kind of photocatalytic hydrogen production reactors are evaluated. The comparison of hydrogen production from the ethanol - water by nano - TiO2 catalyst in the two reactors are studied. The result showed that the process of ultrasonic fogging had an positive effect on the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution and the total hydrogen production enhanc about 36.9 % in 460 min which reach 215 mL. The design of the two kind of photocatalytic reactors both have its advantages and may be helpful for the photoeatalytic experiments in the future.
