摘    要:根据唐钢FTSC薄板坯连铸机的生产实践,对铸坯表面纵裂纹的特征和形成过程进行了深入的研究,重点分析和总结了钢中C含量,S含量,锥度控制,保护渣性能,拉速和过热度,设备状态等对表面纵裂纹的影响,并提出了相应的控制措施.

Abstract:An investigation was made of the features and formation mechanism of the longitudinal surface cracks occurring on FTSC thin slab, based on the production experience with the FTSC caster at Tang Steel. It was found that carbon and sulfur contents in steel, the taper of the slab, the performance of mould flux, the casting velocity, and the superheating degree of the molten steel had striking effects on the formation of the crack. Corresponding preventive measures against the crack were then put forward.
