摘    要:介绍13.00R25全钢工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 288mm,断面宽310mm,行驶面宽度274mm,行驶面弧度高13mm,胎圈着合直径633(有内胎)/630(无内胎)mm,胎圈着合宽度229mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.882(有内胎)/0.891(无内胎),花纹深度27mm,花纹周节数31,花纹饱和度63.1%,采用无向花纹块设计。施工设计:胎体采用3+9+15×0.245HT钢丝帘线,1#~3#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线。采用两鼓一次法成型机成型,机械式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应使用和国家标准要求,静负荷性能和耐久性能符合企业标准要求,室外装车性能满足要求。

Abstract:The design of 13.00R25 off-the-road radial tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken., overall diameter 1 288 mm, cross-sectional width 310 ram, width of running surface 274 mm,height of running surface 13 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 633 (tube)/630(tubeless) mm,bead width at rim seat 229 mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0. 882(tube)/0. 891(tubeless) , pattern depth 27 mm,total number of pitches 31,block/ total ratio 63. 1%, and non-directional pattern design. In the construction design, the following processes were taken:3-t-9+15 X0.245HT steel cord for carcass ply,3+9+15)〈0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 1 ^# -3 ^# belt ply,5× 0.30HI steel cord for 4^# belt ply; using two-drum single stage building machine to build tires, and using mechanical curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of relative application and national standard, the static load performance and endurance performance met the requirements of enterprise standard, and the outdoor loading performance of finished tires met the design requirements.
